What a days ride. Got to go on my own and do a little trimming along the single track sections.

That route would turn into a true 'wobble' for me by the time I reached the end, Nordog - but hope you have ever so much fun doing it!

What a wonderful ride you had there, Nordog. I think that if I tried to get on a bike today I would fall off pretty soon  Very Happy

I walk, and love it, but am really unfit after not walking nearly enough through the summer months. In July I have entered a 20km Walk for Democracy, should be fun but I had better get a little fitter before then, got myself about 2 months and a little to get my fitness levels up.

Well done for entering the walk Alan and good luck  If you see stairways & a lift/elevator use the stairway that will help you keep fit and at home if you have steps of any kind use them by stepping on stepping off a few times each day, for energy try Beetroot juice my mates say that I'm on rocket fuel.

I will have to ride the single track sections to clear the fallen small trees and briers before the Wobble.  Got good video of the trail yesterday, just have to learn away to edit and sort it for Youtube, it's so ease as the old GoPro.

Sounds good our Alan, but have you ever considered getting yourself a bike. It's good exercise as well plus, if you get tired, through your ride, you can always drop a gear and coast a bit. Sometimes my Tori has a hard time keeping up with me, but she doesn't ride as often as me because I ride every day, 7 days a week. I like to walk as well but I prefer to ride and I can't jog because of my bad back. I think I will get my roller blades, out of mothballs today and go for a wee boo.  chuckles

Good one Nordog.

Mud, mud, glorious mud.
Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood,
so follow me follow, down to the hollow...
there we can wallow in...
glorious mud!

Nice country there Nordog. And the beer silo's, at the end, are a good spot to meet-up!
 Very Happy

Yes indeed our Dave and it looked like a great course and lots of beer to look forward to at the end. I am thinking about buying a bike computer, so I can keep track of my speed and the distance I travel. Not sure if you or Dave use one, if so, maybe you or Dave can advise me on some different brands????

If you have a smart phone Rich try the Stava App. I clocked  top speed of 42mph today.

A very pretty ride if one can cope with the horribly muddy trail - yikes!

Glad you persist, no matter the conditions - and thank you for sharing with us once again.

Very Happy ...the rider before the camera seems to get bogged-down in the mud!  Good vid Nordog - there was a probo a first but it's fine now!

My fault with that Condor. I'm hoping to be riding tomorrow morning with the camera around my local woods and the group from my club the Black Cannon Collective.
