Could have been quicker if I had not fell orf on some slippery muddy rut & not stopped to wait for john or chated to other riders who had mechanical problems like puntures & busted joky wheels etc.  But I did need the rest.

Very Happy  Good one Nordog - chatting to the other bikers is part of the fun - even in a time-trial. I do it here along canal.

How many miles was this? It looks like a long one.

I'm sure you would Condor, there was a shorter one of just 30k and even over weight ladies were riding.
Any ways what is your tip on this small problem of getting oil onto awkward places:

I'm after the shaft behind the spring that is the pivot bar on my Rocky, I was thinking of nicking the wifes cotton buds.
Must replace the cable soon too.
