Yes. But no - not worth it. Chainwheel is cottered - Williams by the looks. saddle is old Raleigh type say 70's, they shoved them on the Moulton look-a-likes - handlebars are the same. Notice really old 1950/60's drop-outs - for single cog at rear wheel.

Part of the frame & the front chain ring is now bolted into an old kayak with a drive shaft off a right angle drive (grinder) with a small cog & chain from the bike, turned by hand. On the end of the shaft is a propeller in the style of the Wright   Brothers.
